The total amount payable consists of the basic rental fee, optional extras, and the Protection Pian fee based on the number of rental days.

ご返却の際は、営業所から空港までの送迎を行っております。

Customers are asked to travel to our office by taxi. (A taxi cashback campaign is currently available.)
Upon return, we provide a shuttle service from our office to the airport.
If you require vehicle delivery of one-way drop-off, please contact us in advance.

万が一、事故や予期せぬ故障などにより車両の準備が間に合わない場合には、代替車をご案内させていただくことがございます。

In the unlikely event that your reserved vehicle is unavailable due to an accident of unforeseen mechanical issues, we may provide a replacement vehicle.

当店では全車両が禁煙仕様となっております。

Yes. All of our vehicles are non-smoking.

日本国内にお住まいで、有効な日本の運転免許証をお持ちであれば、ご利用いただけます。
運転に不安がある方も、スタッフが丁寧にご案内いたしますのでご安心ください。

Yes. As long as you reside in Japan and hold a valid Japanese driver's license, you may rent a vehicle.
Our staff will be happy to assist you if you have any concerns about driving.

ご来店時には、運転される方の運転免許証と、レンタカー料金（現金またはクレジットカード）をご用意ください。

Please bring the driver's license of each person who will be driving, along with payment for the rental fee (cash or credit card).

申し訳ありませんが、免許証のご提示がない場合は貸し出しができません。

Unfortunately, we cannot rent a vehicle without verifying a valid driver's license.

契約者ご本人以外が運転される場合は、実際に運転される方全員がご来店いただき、運転免許証をご提示いただく必要があります。
※免許証の確認がない場合、万一の際に保険が適用されない可能性があります。

Yes. However, all drivers must visit our office and present their driver's licenses.
Please note that insurance coverage may not apply if an unregistered driver operates the vehicle.

国際免許または日本語翻訳文で運転可能です。（カードタイプ不可）
条約名「CONVENTION ON ROAD TRAFFIC OF 19 SEPTEMBER 1949」と記載があり、発給年月日から1年以内であること。
日本語翻訳文で貸し出す場合、日本語翻訳文と運転免許を確認します。

Yes. You may drive with either a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) of an official Japanese translation of your driver's license (card-type issued are not accepted).
The IDP must be issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic and be within one year of its issue date.

チャイルドシート、ジュニアシート、1,650円/台でレンタルできます。

Yes. Child seats and junior seats are available for ￥1,650 per seat.
Availability is limited, so please request one when making your reservation.

キャリーケース等に入れていただければ、ペットの同乗は可能です。
ただし、返却時に車内に臭いが残っていたり、毛などの汚れがある場合は、クリーニング費用をご負担いただくことがございます。

Yes. Pets are allowed if they remain in pet carrier during the rental period.
However, additional cleaning charges may apply if odors, pet hair, of other stains remain in the vehicle upon return.

ご予約のキャンセルをご希望の場合は、以下のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

●ご利用日の6日前まで：無料
●5日前～2日前まで：ご利用料金の20％
●前日まで：ご利用料金の50％
●当日・無断キャンセル：ご利用料金の100％

なお、ご予約時間から1時間以上経過してもご連絡がない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなりますのでご注意ください。
天候不良などで飛行機が運休した場合は、当日でもキャンセル料はいただきません。

Cancellation fees are as follows:
・Up to 6 days before the rental date: Free
・5 to 2 days before: 20% of the rental fee
・1 day before: 50% of the rental fee
・Same day or no-show: 100％ of the rental fee

Please note that reservations will be treated as canceled if we do not hear from you within one hour of your scheduled reservation time.
However, no cancellation fee will be charged if your flight is canceled due to severe weather or other airline-related disruptions.
